Terms of Sale

Store and products

FluffyTub offers direct checkout for its three branded bath kneeler color variants. Other products shown as Amazon recommendations are offered by third-party sellers on Amazon, not by this site.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are presented in U.S. dollars. Available shipping costs and the order total are displayed before payment. Checkout uses PayPal for payment approval. Any applicable taxes and obligations will be handled as required by law; availability of checkout may be restricted until required tax arrangements are in place.

Order acceptance

We may need to verify payment, shipping eligibility, address accuracy, and stock availability before fulfilling an order. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange any refund due.

Shipping and returns

Direct orders are fulfilled manually using Amazon MCF, where available. Please see our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds for details.

Support and changes

Contact us for order support. We may update these terms as operations change; terms and statutory rights applicable at the time of purchase remain relevant.

Customer support: info@fluffytub.com.

For purchases made on Amazon rather than this site, Amazon's checkout terms and the applicable seller or marketplace policies govern that purchase.
