Where we ship

Direct FluffyTub checkout currently accepts addresses in the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, Canada, Europe, and other countries is not offered through this checkout at this time. Amazon marketplace product listings may offer different destinations and shipping terms.

Shipping price

Standard shipping is free for eligible direct orders shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. The amount confirmed at checkout is shown before payment.

How orders are fulfilled

We verify payment and submit qualifying orders for fulfillment through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Amazon handles warehousing and delivery; this is not an Amazon Prime purchase, and a Prime delivery commitment is not included.

Dispatch and delivery

Delivery dates are not guaranteed until the carrier or fulfillment service provides an estimate. Order processing and delivery depend on inventory availability and successful shipping-address validation. We will contact you if an item cannot be fulfilled as ordered.

Tracking and issues

When tracking becomes available, our team can provide the shipping reference. If an address is incomplete, a shipment is delayed, or a parcel appears lost or damaged, contact us with your FluffyTub order reference.
