30-day return window

For FluffyTub products purchased directly on this website, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Eligible items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Our introductory promotional pricing does not, by itself, make an item ineligible for return. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Request a return before shipping

Email info@fluffytub.com with your FluffyTub order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send the package before we authorize it. Orders placed on this website are not Amazon.com retail orders and cannot be returned through the standard Amazon.com Your Orders process.

Returns processed through Amazon MCF

When an item is eligible, FluffyTub can arrange for the return to an Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) warehouse. Our team first creates the return authorization (RMA) for your MCF order, then provides the correct return instructions and Amazon-designated destination, along with a return label or other return method if available for that order. Include the required authorization slip when instructed. Do not send products to a general Amazon returns address or to an address listed on another order.

Return shipping costs

For a voluntary return, such as a change of mind, the customer pays the return shipping cost unless we explicitly agree otherwise or applicable law requires another arrangement. For a verified defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, FluffyTub will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable required return postage when a return is necessary. An Amazon MCF return authorization does not necessarily include prepaid postage.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery and describe the problem. Photos may help us resolve it. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Optional resolution without a return

In some cases, FluffyTub customer support may offer a partial refund and allow you to keep the product, instead of sending it back. This is a case-by-case option offered by FluffyTub, not an automatic entitlement or a requirement to accept a reduced refund. We will confirm the proposed amount and terms with you before proceeding. If you agree, no Amazon return shipment is required. This option does not limit your rights under applicable law or remove the standard return options available to you.

Refunds

For authorized returns, after the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. When FluffyTub approves a refund without requiring a return, the agreed refund can be processed without waiting for an item to arrive at Amazon. Approved full or partial refunds for purchases made on this website are issued by FluffyTub to the original payment method, normally PayPal, within 10 business days of approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund. Amazon receives and evaluates eligible returned inventory but does not issue the customer's refund for an order paid on this website.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Once Amazon MCF begins processing a shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible; if so, we will explain the applicable return options.

Purchases made through Amazon

This policy covers purchases completed directly on the FluffyTub website. If you purchased an item through Amazon.com, the applicable Amazon order and seller return terms govern that purchase.
